 Purpose of the Guild
Booty Bay Yacht Club is a Social guild where adult players can share knowledge
and help each other level up.
Behavior Policy
All members of the Guild are expected to follow the guidelines set by
Blizzard In Game Policy.
Beggars and whiners will walk the plank! Arghhh....
Ranking System
Booty Bay Yacht Club Ranking System is as follows:

 Commodore (Guild
Master)
- Vice Commodore (Assistant
Guild Master)
- Captain (Officer)
- Pirates (member with
full privileges)
- Swashbuckler (member with
partial privileges)
- Mate (member with no
privileges)
- Swab (initiate or
probationer)
Promotions
Promotions are granted upon request after being voted on by the Officers.
Rogues will be scrutinized carefully.
Purpose of the Guild Bank
  The Guild Bank is where guild members can deposit items they wish to share with
other guild members.
All members in good standing may
view the Guild Bank and have access privileges based on the Ranking System.
Once a member has been promoted
to Swashbuckler they can donate or withdraw items from
the available tabs at the bank.
Pirates have access to all of the bank tabs.
Donations
Donations of items to the Guild Bank should be of green or higher quality.
Space is limited and items of lesser quality will be removed by the Bank Alt and
auctioned or sold to vendor and the gold will be added to the guild bank.
Gold donations are not required at this time, however any donations made by
members will go toward buying the next bank tab.
Withdrawals
Common courtesy is expected. If there is a stack of items, split the items,
take what you need and leave some for the next person.
 Do not take items you do not need.
Anyone caught taking items they do not need or selling guild bank items at
the auction may be demoted and lose privileges for up to 30 days or they
may be asked to leave the guild, depending on the situation. The decision
is up to the Guild Master as to how to discipline and enforce these rules.
The Guild Bank does not make loans at this time.
Policy on Alts
Do not take items from the Guild Bank for your alt, unless your alt is in the
guild. Alts are welcome to join the guild.
Goals for the Bank
The Booty Bay Yacht Club Guild Bank hopes to raise enough gold to add more tabs
for general use and eventually loan gold to members for special items and
mounts after all the bank tabs needed have been acquired.
The Bank is intended to be a way of sharing materials and items
between guild members, and is expected to grow over time.
